POM POM BERETS

Berets with a large handmade pom pom, all naturally dyed with blanket stitched edges, sewn by hand. We up-cycle wool from vintage blankets, meaning the texture and thickness of each beret varies.

Slow and Sow berets fit an average female adult head size, with slight stretch to fit.

Size S fits best 54-55cm .

Size M fits best 55-56cm

Size L fits best 56-57cm

If you are unsure on sizing, we recommend using a flexible tape measure to wrap around your head just above your ears before purchase, as we unfortunately cannot offer refunds.

The colour variance in the natural dye process means no two pieces are the same. Each is unique, with beautiful dye marks and blemishes, with an array of colours and tones.

care

If you need to reshape your Slow and Sow beret, you can gently iron to smooth any creases from wear. You can also scrunch the pom pom to plump if flattened. The sun is a natural bleacher, and long exposure may fade colour, so make sure to store away from direct sunlight.

Everything you own should be worth mending. Holes, snagging and threads can happen to anything you wear, don’t be afraid to stitch and mend.
